These ceramics, mostly named by the main excavation at Ban Chiang, are famous for it's formal variety.The lower part of this vessel is ornamented with diagonally carved lines.

The earth in which the vessel had been buried for a long time was calcarous and so the red clay is sparkeled with white lime sediments, but there are no cracks or fractures.
